Support
Write to us, and a person on our team answers. Most answers are already below.
Write to us
Send an email to the address below. Tell us your child's Roblox username, what happened and roughly when. Never send a password.
Only the person who answers reads your email, and we use it only to answer you.
A purchase did not arrive
Ask your child to join the game once more and wait a minute: until a game says a purchase was delivered, Roblox keeps asking it again. Still missing? Write to us, and we will check our receipt ledger and tell you what we see. If the Robux are gone and the item never arrived, Roblox Support can help.
Lost progress
The game saves by itself while your child plays and when they leave. Tell us roughly when it happened and what is missing, and we will look at what the game saved. We will tell you honestly what we find.
A ban or a warning
Our game does not ban players. A ban or a warning on a Roblox account comes from Roblox, and only Roblox can review it.
Delete my child's data
Ask Roblox Support, and choose the request about data privacy. Roblox checks that the account is your child's and tells every game your child played, ours too. We then delete everything our game saved for that account.
A refund
Robux are refunded by Roblox, not by game creators. Write to Roblox Support. If the item never arrived, tell us too.
For kids
If you are a kid: ask a grown-up to write to us. And in the game, Scout the explorer listens to your problems and ideas.
